we have earth day because the earth is dying.Men have polluted rivers and seas.the innocent sea creatures living in the ocean will die because of pollution.Humans have also been killing the trees to make papers and many people do not recycle the papers made from trees.i think we can help by recycling papers and throwing them into the recycling bins.that can save Mother Earth.Men should not destroy Mother Earth as Earth is a beautiful place and it provides homes for many living things on earth.

Hand-foot-and-mouth disease spreads easily and can be avoided if you keep yourself clean.For example,washing your hands after going to the washroom and before and after meals.The symptoms are having rashes on your hands,legs and ulcers on throat.It is important to keep yourself clean in order to keep hand-foot-and-mouth disease away.

I think racial harmony is a day when many people of different races get together to celebrate this special day.The different races will get to know each other better.Singapore is a multi-racial society and i am glad to say that there are no riots or arguments between the different races in Singaopore.=)
