I think kids nowadays do not get enough sleep.They might have been too addicted to their computer games or television and lost track of time.Or perhaps not.It might be because of too much homework.Sometimes,I do not get enough sleep because of homework(and sometimes because of computer games=P).Pupils not having enough sleep might be also because of stress or pressure their teachers or parents give.I get about 7 or 8 hours of sleep each day.I sleep at 10 and wake up at about 6.15a.m.Normally,having at least 8 hours of sleep is enough,but I DON"T THINK SO!!I need to get at least 9 or 10 hours of sleep at least I think..^^Thinking about a brand new day prevents me from getting enough sleep.Want to know why?That's 'cause you will NEVER know what will happen the next day.Horrible things,nice things or even both on a SAME day.Which is the worst.Because,when one is very sad at first and if something happy suddenly happens,I think that person will go crazy.One might also loose their love ones on a brand new day.(I should stop..this doesn't have ANYTHING to do with the topic!Sorry everyone.)I dont think I have too many things to do everyday,but sometimes,there is a little too much things to do in one day and when I am not able to cope with it,I will not have enough sleep.The things I do from morning till night are:homework,homework,homework,revision and playing computer games or watching television.=)I think children can help themselves to get enough sleep by not playing too much computer games or watching too much television.Parents can also help by ensuring that their kid(s)do not play too much computer games or watch too much television.Parents should band them from doing those things they do not listen.Teachers can also help by giving less homework!=) ^^(But i don't want to fail my exams because of totally no homework which I am sure will Not happen.)
